The room that i stay is spacious. The toilet is well cleaned-up and the tap runs well. I ordered some food to my room and it was delivered fast. I will stay again at this hotel when I am in Langkawi.
Please improve the porridge for breakfast. It is too liquid and the bread toaster which over burnt the bread. Maybe the air-con works better with proper maintenance.

hotel was at very good location & the rate was very good. but the rooms were not in the condition which you showed in pictures && rooms were not very comfortable & their was a very small swiiming pool just made for fulfiling the crieteria and was in very bad condition

i. Friendly staff and very approachable ii. Very calm environment and situated in the middle between Kuah and Jetty. iii. The hotel interior design looks country site. iv. worth for money.

Spacioius bed. Clean. Breakfast provided. Location.
Need for more parking.bays. Need to train dining room staff on basic culinary skills eg.to ensure cleanliness of utensils, clear tables efficiently, No bell boy or staff to help carry luggage. .

Good location for eateries n shopping, friendly front office staff, however no service. No poter to help with luggages during check in and check out. Short handed I guess. An old hotel and safety is not the management concerns. Only one staff were on duty on night shift in the whole hotel. Just bear in mind if any mishap occured on one unfaithful night, how are this poor guy to manage. Strongly advised do not take your children to stay in this hotel.

During stay at Eagle Bay hotel, i'm easy to go to anywhere, and the nearest is langkawi square, langkawi fair,maybe it will take half hour to go to beach but it worth with the nature scenery that i've got.
As my experience, it take a little bit difficult to ask taxi, but it can resolve with asking hotel staff to call for you.

Nothing can do in that hotel.The facilities are very poor. So hard to park my car because don't have enough parking lot.
I did,t like very well. At first i came my heart doesn't touch with this hotel. I'm not comfortable stay in this hotel.

Its near to Kuah Jetty and Kuah town centre .Its value for money for big family or travel in big group
Breakfast has limited choice and not so tasty except Nasi Lemak is so good
